Notice of Annual General Meeting

West Pioneer (AIM:WPR), a leading developer and operator of shopping malls in west and southern India, announces that in accordance with Article 45 of the Articles of Association, the Annual General Meeting of West Pioneer will be held at the Harrow Hotel, 12-22 Pinner Road, Harrow, Middlesex HA1 4HZ, United Kingdom on Monday 2 November 2009 at 3pm.
