Director/PDMR Shareholding
West Pioneer Properties Limited (AIM:WPR), announces that it was informed on 22 September 2009 that, on that day, Hugh Sandeman, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of US$0.10 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 35.4p per share. Following this transaction, Mr. Sandeman is the beneficial owner of 50,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.06 per cent of the total issued share capital of the Company.
