Addition to Management team with
appointment of Senior Mall Manager
After conducting an extensive international search and in anticipation of opening its first mall in Kalyan later this year, West Pioneer Properties Ltd, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Mac Daniels as the Vice President responsible for Mall Management.
Mr. Daniels is a South African citizen with over twenty years experience in the shopping centre industry. Before joining West Pioneer, he was the General Manager of the Tygervalley Centre, Capetown. Under his leadership, Tygervalley Centre was voted by the South African Council of Shopping Centres as among the top five shopping malls in South Africa in 2006.
Mr. Daniels will fulfill a range of key functions within the group including tenant selection and relationship management, marketing and promotions, property management as well as continuously contributing to processes aimed at optimising mall profitability.
The appointment of Mr. Daniels is the latest in a series of appointments to the team in recent weeks, which includes bolstering of the finance function and the establishment of an in-house legal department specialising in land acquisition and leasing.
