West Pioneer Properties Limited (AIM:WPR) announces that Ian Greenstreet, Non-executive Director of the Company, has resigned from the Board with immediate effect in order to pursue other interests.
The Board expresses its gratitude to Mr Greenstreet for his service to the Company and wishes him well in the future.
Following the departure of Mr Greenstreet, Mr Hugh Sandeman will assume the role of Chairman of the Audit Committee. Mr Mihir Thacker will continue to chair the Remuneration Committee.
