West Pioneer (AIM:WPR), a leading developer and operator of shopping malls in west and southern India, today held its Annual General Meeting in 1-3 St. Johns Road, Harrow, Middlesex at 4pm.
All resolutions put to shareholders before the Annual General Meeting were duly passed.
