Kalyan

The Group's Metro Junction Mall in Kalyan has been open for business since 2008.

Kalyan is a commuter city located approximately 30 miles north east of Mumbai and is the Group's first development. The development is approaching 1.1 million sq. ft. of total land size with 500,000 sq. ft. given over to retail purposes. The mall, known as Metro Junction, includes some of India’s biggest retailers within the complex. The mall is set out over 4 floors lower ground, ground 1st and 2nd.

The lower ground and ground floor contain mainly value brands including a large hypermarket. The first floor is set aside for more aspirational lifestyle brands. The 2nd floor is a fun, food and entertainment zone with multi-screen cinema and food court.

Since opening, retailer occupancy has grown progressively and the mall has developed into a major hub for the local community. The mall continues to attract thousands of visitors on a daily basis.

Adjacent to the retail mall, West Pioneer is building out a three-tower 560,000 sq ft residential development called Metro Residency representing the most prestigious address in the area for residents. On the remaining land at Kalyan, West Pioneer intends to develop 68,000 sq ft of small commercial units to sell to self-employed professionals such as doctors, lawyers and architects.
